Abstract: In recent years, the labor management of coal enterprise has many problems. It not only restricts the development of enterprises and social economy, but even affects the construction of harmonious society due to some contradictions and disputes. So we should take some reforms in labor management of coal mine. This paper, analyzes the current situation and problems on labor management in the following aspects: labor employment, staff recruitment and training, labor contract management, occupational health and safety management, labor dispute processing, etc. Then the paper puts forward some measures including management mode, the concept of " humanistic management ", alleviating the labor tension, and improving the mechanism of training. These methods are feasible to stabilize the coal mine staff, optimize the harmonious labor relations and improve the healthy development of coal enterprise.
